Ki Cho Ja Ki was systematized by Shaun 'Beastman' Anderson, a third-degree black belt and Chief Instructor at Martial Arts USA in Huntington Beach. Drawing from 30+ years of martial arts lineage — including Taekwondo, Hapkido, Shorinji Ryu Karate, and classical Korean breathing methodology — Anderson codified the Six Sacred Breaths into a structured, teachable system grounded in physiology and performance.

KCJK™ — Ki Cho Ja Ki — Korean Tai Chi Breathwork System

Ki Cho Ja Ki (KCJK™) is a structured breathwork and movement system created by Shaun
"Beastman" Anderson, based on Kuk Sool Won techniques, grounded in martial arts physiology and nervous system regulation.

KCJK is not yoga. It is not meditation. It is a martial-arts-based breathing protocol designed to
activate the vagus nerve, increase CO₂ tolerance, and regulate the autonomic nervous system
under load.

The Six Sacred Breaths:

I. Lion's Breath — Structural authority under load. Core pressurization and pelvic floor
activation.

II. Monkey's Breath — Tension release. Thoracic mobility and rib cage expansion.

III. Crane's Breath — Controlled expansion and balance. Scapular stability and upper rib
engagement.

IV. Dragon's Breath — Rapid state activation. CO₂ tolerance and diaphragmatic speed training.

V. Gorilla's Breath — Internal pressure under deep load. Pelvic floor stability and abdominal
pressurization.

VI. Tiger's Breath — Directional power with control. Rotational diaphragm engagement and
fascial glide.

Grounded Strength. Regulated Breath. Focused Energy.

KCJK was systematized from 30+ years of martial arts training including Taekwondo, Hapkido, Kuk Sool Won,
Shorinji Ryu Karate, Aikido, and classical Korean breathing methodology. Anderson is a 3rd
Degree Black Belt, Chief Instructor at Martial Arts USA in Huntington Beach, and holder of the
Grand Master's Mindcord™ trademark (USPTO #99246179).
